The company markets a line of branded Bob's Big Boy refrigerated salad dressings, sauces, and assorted condiments, supplying both the chain's restaurants and grocery stores throughout the Pacific Coast and the Southwestern United States for over 50 years in over 4,300 stores. Bob's Big Boy Bleu Cheese Refrigerated Dressing remains the #1 selling dressing in its category.

Julie is an experienced and successful operating executive with over 30 years of operational management, business strategy, sales and marketing, and manufacturing and distribution experience. In 2017, she joined Salt Creek Capital, where in partnership they formed The Flavor of California, LLC, as part of the acquisition of Bob’s Big Boy Salad Dressing and Sauces.
Previously, Julie held leadership roles at Summit Funding, Inc., the Walt Disney Company, Belkin International, Oberthur Technology and Deloitte Consulting. Earlier in her career, Julie was President of her 3rd generation family business, the Nut Tree Restaurant in Northern California.
Julie earned a B.S. in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from University of California at Davis.
